One great thing about social networking is that it brings people together. Whether you’re connecting with a friend down the street or someone you met online, it’s easier than ever to interact with people around the world.
Paralign is an amazing new app that allows you to keep track of your mood anonymously while sharing your feelings with other users.
Created by Paralign, this journal is a great way to keep track of your thoughts.
Concept and Functionality:
I’ve tried plenty of mood journals, both as a reviewer and for personal exploration. Complexity ranges from short journal entries to all-out analyses of your emotional wellbeing.
Paralign strikes a healthy balance between the two by allowing users to express their feelings in as much or as little detail as they want.
You’re encouraged to sign up with Paralign using a social media account or email, but the app pledges to never post or share your information. There’s also an option to use the app as a guest if you’re simply taking it for a test drive.
Recording your feelings is very easy. Just add text about your thoughts, then tag your submission with one of six emotions: happy, sad, peaceful, mad, nervous, or neutral. You can also rate the intensity of your emotion on a scale of 1 to 5.
In addition to being able to anonymously post your emotions, you can interact with other Paralign users by seeing a live stream of submissions. You can even show support by liking or leaving comments.
As you submit your entries to Paralign, a database of emotions gets built over time, unlocking even more features. After awhile you’re able to connect with like-minded users who share the same entries, which is pretty cool.
Paralign is available to download from the App Store for free, which is a great price considering you won’t find any ads.
Overall, Paralign is a great journal app for iPhone that makes it easy to get your thoughts and feeling out.
The anonymous aspect of Paralign is great and you can connect with other users, but only if you want to.
Paralign – Aligning Minds requires iOS 8.2 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
