We like London: It is by our estimation one of the greatest cities in the world (to many it is the greatest) and for good reason.
With so many attractions, a lively populace, and so much to do, it’s small wonder that the town is as well-loved as it is.
But do you know what we hate about London? The bloody streets. Let’s face it, if your taxi drivers have to be inducted into The Knowledge to get around, that means your city is confusing—at best. Thankfully though, you can have an easier time of it. Just download The London Pass Travel Guide before your next visit, and you’ll find everything is smooth as rain.
London Pass is simply a fantastic travel guide that you need to download whether you’re considering a trip to London next week or next year.

Concept and Functionality
If you’ve ever been a tourist in a new town, then you’re already aware of the inherent confusion that’s held there. With so many unfamiliar sites, so many people, and so much to do, the entire thing can be utterly overwhelming.
Thankfully, you have London Pass to guide you, and thank God you do!
The app is absolutely jam-packed with useful information, ensuring you’ll always have a good day out on holiday. For instance, let’s say you arrive in town, only to realize you haven’t planned at all for your trip. Not a problem! Just boot up the app and enjoy any of the dozen itineraries it’s already provided.
You can see the entire trip at a go, plus receive bountiful information about those destinations.
Better still, London Pass is a surprisingly smart and well thought-out utility. It gives you info you need, like entrance costs, closing-times, and other relevant information to guide you through your day.
Even better, London Pass uses a network of static maps, which means you can navigate your way around the city like a pro, even without a cellular connection.
Lastly, with photos, bus & tube maps, directions, and restaurant recommendations, there’s not a whole lot else you could ask for here. You can even get automatic currency conversions, truly making London just another slice of home for you.
Design and Interface
Though it absolutely must be said that our favorite part of London Pass is its stellar interface. This is a very good-looking application, and it’s clear the developers have paid a great deal of attention to making it a delight to use.
The information you need is readily available, and without any fuss. If you’ve ever been stuck madly flipping through an atlas during heavy traffic, you’ll immediately grasp the importance of having your data on-hand in a pinch.
Overall, we have very few complaints with the app’s look. Certainly not any large enough to mention specifically. To sum it up, London Pass is absolutely easier to use than a traditional guide book, and often a lot more enjoyable to boot.
At the end of the day, London Pass is absolutely a no-brainer for the soon-to-be London visitor. It takes only a few seconds to download, is completely free in the App Store, and guarantees a good time on your holiday. What’s not to like about that?
And for those looking to do a little armchair tourism, the app is also a great (and free) way to learn about the city itself. Food for though, and overall, we can’t help but give London Pass a solid recommendation!
London Pass requires iOS 6.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. A small expedite fee was paid by the developer to speed up the publication of this review.
