SunDo, an app by Global E-Bussines Solution Group, promises to make accomplishing items from a “to-do” list more fun and less stressful.

This app is currently out for both iOS and Android platforms, and a “free” version or a “premium” option is available.

As its name subtly implies, SunDo is an app that arranges “to-do” lists in the shape of sunbeams. As such, the app is designed to attempt to make days of many tasks less daunting and to make getting things done more enjoyable.

While its name implies that all task lists are automatically put into the form of sunrays, SunDo actually features multiple backgrounds that allow users to choose just exactly how their SunDo list will be displayed—from sunflowers to sunny skies.

Other features in SunDo include a collaboration option, allowing users to share their SunDo beams with friends and family members through social media platforms, and fun animations and sound effects round out the app.

Overall, SunDo actually seems to do what it’s promised to do; after I successfully reviewed SunDo, I felt quite accomplished when I deleted doing so from my “sun,” without feeling stressed over having it as a part of my “sun” in the first place.

Appearance and Layout:

The appearance and layout of SunDo is both practical and pretty.

Directions are provided to first-time users of the app after they simply tap on the screen; this is helpful, since adding tasks is not necessarily entirely intuitive.

However, all the same, adding “to-do” tasks to your “sun” can be quickly and easily accomplished once you know how to, thanks to the simple layout of the app.

The actual appearance of SunDo is also very customizable, as users can choose from multiple “suns” to host their task lists.

For example, although the default option is a sunny beach background, a user can change this to a sunflower background if she so desires. Additionally, Navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen allow users to quickly and conveniently maneuver through the app.

While there is a premium option also available, most consumers will probably find no need for the upgrade.  The free version features all of the same features as the premium option, with the exception being that the free version is limited in the number of tasks that can be assigned at any one time.

Of course if you’re managing a busy life the premium version is likely to be what you need. At a cost of $3.99 you might hesitate but we think you’ll find this quality app to be one of those that you’ll use every day and worth every penny.

Overall, SunDo is a fun app that will be useful for anyone who regularly finds himself bored with the traditional format of “to-do” lists.

sundoqrSunDo requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5. A small expedite fee was paid to speed up the publication of this review.
