Customers Bank Mobile Banking, also referred to as CB Access Mobile Banking, is an app created by Customers Bank and works to provide a widely accessible mobile platform from which bank patrons can quickly and easily manage their accounts.
Designed with creating convenience in mind, this app allows customers to do everything they could from the bank’s website and then some.
Customers Bank Mobile Banking allows users to do just about anything they could ever want to do with their bank accounts—with the exception of actually being able to physically get cash itself through the app. The app, however, is equipped to inform users of the locations of nearby Customers Banks and ATMs.
Through this app, customers who have accounts with the bank can easily pay bills or deposit checks through submitting pictures to the app; other features include transferring funds between eligible accounts, quickly checking account balances without the need for fully logging into accounts, and customizing account and transaction alerts.
Customers Bank Mobile Banking can also be used to quickly contact customer service agents or the nearest local branch if they need to speak with an actual representative/employee of the bank.
In order to gain access to their account information through the app, customers must first create account usernames and passwords, and it is only after a confirmation code has been sent to either their email addresses or cell phone numbers that mobile account access is granted.

This app is laid out with practicality in mind. Icons are easily identifiable and all text was chosen for its ready readability.
Navigating between the many available features provided through the Customers Bank Mobile Banking app is also simply straightforward, and the PIN access feature provides for quick access to account information when needed.
In addition to all its practicality, this app is also pretty visually pleasing; the icons color is bright while the clean white background. We found this design to really add to the app’s ease-of-use and prevents it from appearing tacky.
Customers Bank Mobile Banking is a free app that should be of great “value” to any consumers who have accounts with Customers Bank.
The app’s features are ideal for an app of its type, allowing users to quickly and conveniently accomplish all of their on-the-go banking needs.

Overall, this app is well designed and practical for its intended users.
