Mylivepaper: Written iPhone App Review

Review by Michael Naber

Mylifepaper is an application available from Malgorzata Jurczyk. The point of Mylifepaper is to help you gather the best moments of your day and put them into your own mobile newspaper. With this app, it’s a breeze to publish your paper and let your friends see them. Mylifepaper offers a variety of categories and features that help to make the app experience great. Plus the excellent design doesn’t hurt. I’ll go into these things below, but for now, know that the app offers a great way to connect with friends on a more personal level than sites such as Facebook. Plus it’s optimized for the iPhone 5, and is also free. So I would highly recommend checking it out.

The concept of Mylifepaper is also fascinating. The idea is to provide a way to share your daily life in a way that let’s other people become closer to you. The app has a unique newspaper format which is supposed to emulate you reading a newspaper. Instead of the paper being filled with boring ads, stories, sports scores, etc., you can get the scoop on other people’s lives!

The app developers created a variety of categories to help make the app more effective.  These categories are My Pics, My Friends, My Family, My News, My Weather, My Questions, My Plans, My Places, My Reviews, and My Advice. These categories help make the app easier to use, so you can get to the gist of whatever you want to read about.

The app also offers a number of features which are equally as stellar. You get your own profile, complete with location, profile photo, and even a zodiac sign. It’s also a breeze to upload photos and videos to the app. You can send messages, rate content, search for post, and share your post. There is even a few different awards such as Most Awarded, and Most Read. So the app really has a lot of different features built into it.

The design of Mylifepaper is pretty good. As I mentioned above, it offers a newspaper-life format, and has a wood-themed design. It’s also very easy to navigate through the app and post anything you want. With built in search features, you can easily search for any post and browse categories with ease.

Overall Value

Overall I would highly recommend checking out the app. Not only to we like it here at but it is also rated 4.5 Stars on iTunes, is free, and is optimized for the iPhone 5. Mylifepaper has the potential to be a serious social networking app, and I believe it can get to that point. In total, check it out on the App Store.

Mylifepaper – is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5. A small expedite fee was paid to speed up the publication of this review.
