Everyone loves receiving a card from a friend or family, and with EgoZoo Cards you can send your own personalized recorded greeting card from your iPhone.
Developed by EgoZoo LLC, EgoZoo Cards is a free app to download, and comes with four free cards (including a Christmas card). There are 11 cards available for download via in-app purchase, including Happy Birthday, I Love You, I’m Sorry and I Miss You. Each card costs $0.99, or all 11 can be purchased for $6.99.
All available cards are displayed on the main screen and you simply tap to select a card. Each card features a number of animal characters, including Larry the sheep, Bo the Giraffe, Tommy the Panda, and Mr. Joe the Elephant. These characters, amongst others, feature in each of the cards. You can tap on each of the characters to initiate an animated action and/or play music.
The main feature of EgoZoo Cards is the ability to record your voice and alter its pitch. Simply press the red button to start recording your greeting and then tap the green square to stop.
Once recorded, you can play the card, email it to a friend, share it to your Facebook wall or share to YouTube.
The cards feature colorful illustrations and are an individual and personalized way to send a message to a friend, but $0.99 per card is a little on the steep side.
