If you wish to reassess a certain category, simply tap the ‘Reassess’ button that comes underneath your feedback. To outright reset all of your feedback in order to wipe every slate clean, use the ‘Reset’ button in the top right corner.
Through this quick and simple process, everyone involved will gain a better sense of what they are currently doing, things they should be doing to improve, and actions that will encourage everyone to work and adjust to new, more efficient ways. While it doesn’t provide answers as to how you should go about making improvements, it does give a sense of perspective to help users attain their business goals in a productive, collaborative manner.
