Do you struggle to come up with gift ideas at the last minute, or (I’m looking at you, husbands) consistently forget anniversaries and birthdays? QuickGifter by Wampum & Womantam, LLC was designed to help iPhone users avoid such situations.
QuickGifter allows you to create files for each of your friends and family members. In each file, you can save important information like gift ideas, important dates (i.e. birthdays, graduations, etc.), and the clothing size of the person. If you aren’t happy with the gift idea categories that are default to the program, you are able to delete and add them through an edit option. You can also keep track of someone’s favorite places and things they like.
Another great feature of the program is the ability to email the list you’ve created right from your phone. So, when your mother calls you and says she doesn’t know what to get your sister for her birthday, you can email her the list you’ve created to help her out. Or keep the good ideas for yourself – it’s up to you.
This app is very useful for people who want to give thoughtful gifts, but don’t necessarily have the capacity to remember what their loved ones mention in passing. Now when someone mentions their favorite hobby or clothing store in June, the information will be saved on your phone come December for easy reference. It can also save you the embarrassment of having to ask your boyfriend for his shirt size for the 4th time.
QuickGifter is a really helpful tool to fulfill anyone’s New Year resolution to be organized. As simple as the idea of this app may seem, I think it can save people a lot of grief and stress when a holiday or special occasion rolls around.
QuickGifter reqiuires iPhone OS 3.1.2 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch (2nd generation).
