Whether you’re a landlord managing multiple properties or a single homeowner caring for a lone property, Being Properties has introduced a new iPhone application designed to simplify your managerial burden no matter how big or small.
Now available for download, the $1.99 Property Manager application effectively serves as an organized digital database of information relevant to your managerial duties.
Among the most helpful attributes of the app is the ease with which information can be sorted, saved, entered, deleted, or accessed. In this regard, Property Manager proves every bit as useful to a typical homeowner as it is to an owner of several rented homes or apartments.
Supplementing building information with images of the properties, the Property Manager app helps to combine tenant and lease information as well as the cumulative and individual operating expenses unique to each building, home, or additional property.
Other helpful features include:
- Calculate positive or negative cash flow per unit
- Keep tabs on rent or other monies owed
- Create work orders and associate them with individual properties
- Maintain and revise tenant list
- Export property information to an Excel spreadsheet
Despite no shortage of headaches common to property management, Property Manager helps mitigate the stress born of the multitude of organizational duties inextricably linked to any property management venture. Undoubtedly convenient and simple to use, Property Manager will find a friend in anyone juggling the myriad tasks common to any landlord.
Property Manager requires the iPhone OS 3.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch.
