Now available for download, the $1.99 Property Manager application effectively serves as an organized digital database of information relevant to your managerial duties.
Among the most helpful attributes of the app is the ease with which information can be sorted, saved, entered, deleted, or accessed. In this regard, Property Manager proves every bit as useful to a typical homeowner as it is to an owner of several rented homes or apartments.
Supplementing building information with images of the properties, the Property Manager app helps to combine tenant and lease information as well as the cumulative and individual operating expenses unique to each building, home, or additional property.
